Ấy thế mà đám lãnh đạo CSVN lại hô hào gia tăng bằng cấp dổm bằng cấp giả. Mấy chục năm nay ai không hiểu tưởng dân VN dân trí khá lắm: tiến sĩ, thạc sĩ có đến mấy chục ngàn người. Nhưng toàn là đồ dổm.

Càng nghĩ kỹ sẽ nhận ra rằng CSVN đã hại dân VN tàn mạt. Thử hỏi đầu tư cả hai chục năm trời cơm áo, thì giờ cuối cùng người có tấm bằng và người cày ruộng có kiến thức như nhau:

Hàn Quôc´ ra hàng loạt sản phẩm về khoa học công nghệ trong thơì gian vưà qua và dự trữ ngoại hôí đưng´ thư´ 7 thê´giơí. Ngươì Đưc´ mà còn thán phục .
